December, 2009

It's always amazing to see a community come together, and Bonadelle Neighborhood communities are no exception. For two weekends in December the community was invited to Bonadelle Neighborhoods' Warming the Hearts of Those in Need at Emily Estates in Clovis. Guests embraced the spirit of giving by helping Central Valley families in need through their donation of warm clothing to Catholic Charities. Many coats, sweaters and blankets were donated by our guests who enjoyed free movie tickets, sugar cookies, hot chocolate, cinnamon rolls and Christmas crafts. From our home to yours, we hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday season.

  • All I Want for Christmas is a Bonadelle Neighborhoods Home

Here Comes Santa Claus…In Style!
December 7, 2007

Santa visited hundreds of lucky holiday revelers at Bonadelle Neighborhoods’ Meadows at Mill Creek community on December 7, 2007. Waving to the crowd as he descended in a helicopter onto a red carpet on Garland Avenue, Santa greeted Mrs. Claus and invited all children to sit on his lap and tell him what they wanted for Christmas.

It was a day full of fun for the entire family with personalized photos taken of each child with Santa and Mrs. Claus that were then decorated as an ornament for each guest’s home. Warm cinnamon rolls, hot coffee, cocoa, apple cider, Christmas music and prizes added to the holiday festivities.

Guests were impressed with the tremendous value inherent in each Meadows home. Pool-sized lots, large walk-in closets and granite kitchen countertops were just a few of their favorite standard features.
